Andy Lester - Operations Manager, Demolition

Andy joined Erith in 2010 with 20 years of experience undertaking roles from site management to his present position of Operations Manager. Andy is responsible for overseeing the site management of multiple London-based projects and supports our dedicated site teams by ensuring all necessary resources are allocated effectively. Additionally, he co-ordinates the specialist provision of our in-house temporary works designers. Andy has successfully helped co-ordinate and manage successful many high profile projects including Marcol House and Hamyard within the Capital and ensures that all operations are delivered seamlessly.
