Erith undertook the comprehensive enabling package at Mortimer Street including demolition, bulk excavation, permanent foundations with piling and basement construction. By keeping this whole package of work under one umbrella the client, Great Portland Estates, has been able to maintain a single point responsibility and achieve better cost certainty throughout the early phase of the development.
